Andrew Tychsen joined Cepia in April, 2010 in the midst of the ZhuZhu Pets explosion as 40 million households worldwide owned a ZhuZhu – securing the brand as one of the most successful in the history of toys. Witnessing the impact that a simple idea had on the toy industry inspired Andrew to learn the craft of product development and work alongside industry veterans in a small, collaborative environment. He says he has the best job in the world, and “enjoys most holding something in my hand that resembles the concept drawing which was the beginning of an idea.”
